Denise Gibson, B.S., C.O.V.T.
Director of Vision Therapy, Operations Manager
When Denise joined Highline in 1985, her background in teaching led her to help develop the vision screening program Highline provides to many area schools to this day. Her organizational expertise has been instrumental in the development of the extensive Home Therapy Program that complements Highline's in-office vision therapy. Denise excels and delights in motivating patients and connecting with their families as she works with them to correct and enhance their visual systems.
Nancy Stevens, B.A., C.O.V.T.
Community Liaison, Director of Vision Therapy
Nancy continues to be instrumental in creating the "vision" for Highline Center for Vision Performance. Her own son’s school struggles and amazing improvement following vision therapy inspired Nancy to become a vision therapist. Nancy’s background in teaching language arts and Title I reading and math assists her in guiding middle- and high-school students to prepare their visual skills for higher learning. Improving the quality of patients' lives is Nancy's passion.

Renee was first introduced to HCVP and Vision Therapy when one of her own boys was having trouble in school. As Renee would put it, after Vision Therapy, “The change in him was nothing short of amazing!”
At an early age Renee started working with children and realized how rewarding it was to make daily life easier for them. Her experience ranges from working with preschoolers to special needs high school students. Renee has also worked with an autism team providing intervention for children as young as two years old.
Renee loves being able to help children, teens, adults, and families see the difference Vision Therapy can make in their lives.
Michele is one of the smiling faces that greet you at our reception desk. She has had several of her own children in vision therapy. She loves working at a place that makes such a wonderful difference in someones life!
